C&C Performance (shoot)

Finished a Photoshoot this weekend. Had the crew from C&C performance shop,located in Plainville come out for a promo shoot for their shop.It was a challenge for sure, by the time of the shoot my "overcast/cloudy" day opened up to clear bright HARSH lighting. On top of that I had 2 white rides & 1 black...very tricky exposure,especially in harsh light. But I dialed the Nikon in to compensate and shot under with the intentions of working my skills in Photoshop to correct everything.
The crew & I are stoked about the results. Might have to call them back out when I get the Blazer going, car to car shots are very hard when in a Mustang haha.

It's a blog.....

Jumping off my main subject here but...
It's really annoying me with all this TWITTER & FACEBOOK plugs I hear on the radio,T.V,and songs. I mean, not just advertisements but ppl casually (supposedly )
talking about them. It's like Twitter & Facebook is the only thing going. Myspace has a status stream now that mimics Twitter and I believe functions better, and Myspace does all & more Facebook does...EXCEPT Farmville. I'm not saying what site is better or not, just why all this plugging for Twit/FB ??? Seems there's more to it than just a normal social site. Not to mention the big uproar Facebook brought on with it's new privacy standards. Well, I made my vent. And if you haven't noticed this over the top plugging...you will now haha.

Heads Up at Brainerd (April 3rd)

Well, I got a second shoot under my belt! This time it was Heads Up weekend,which I shot just Saturdays event. Had Footbrake,7.0,6.0,5.70, & 4.70 classes and it was awesome. If you ever want to check out some killer fast rides doing the Heads up racing it goes down ever 1st Sat. of the month. But I didn't have it easy...nothing but bright harsh light,maybe one cloud haha.Needless to say I was on top of my exposure compensation all day, really pushed it up when the white cars rolled up.I can't wait to shoot the action on a nice overcast day !! But until then...it's all good.
